So last week was better. RENT was a great start to the week and then on Thursday I was able to take part in a movie shoot at my theater, and I ended up getting a part and having a few lines.

I also got an email from the Education Head at my local Tour Stage and I was offered the opportunity to be a part of Camp Broadway again. So, an update about last week... it sucked....

Sunday, spent the day with my Grandmother who was in a coma...
Monday, 7 am Grandmother dies, 9:30 am classes start... didn't go... didn't go to rehearsal... my "buddy" came to visit
Tuesday, Missed my first class because I overslept... went to rehearsal
Wednesday, actually made it to all of my classes...went to the funeral home... went to rehearsal
Thursday, didn't go to classes... funeral... show opened

So, today is a REAL downer of a day... actually it started yesterday... We went to visit my Grandmother in the hospital around 4 pm... we didn't get home until about 8:30 this morning. After a very rough and long fight my Grandmother finally was let into those Pearly Gates at 7 this morning...7 a Holy number... It was a bittersweet moment as we all stood around her, praying, sending her off with our love. As we finished the Our Father, her chin quivered, and her last breath escaped... she was...

So, I'm sorry it's been a while but things have been interesting around here.

My grandmother is still in the hospital and I'm not too sure about what's going on. I don't think she's meant for this world much longer and she doesn't want to be here either... ugh.

A close friend of the family passed on the other day, and that was a real shock.
