OK, odd title, but it's the truth. Looks like things are on the up and up for my solo act friend and hopefully things are going to catch on soon! And that means big things for me too... I've been asked to help find him places to perform and ways to promote him in the area. When he makes it big... when he takes off... that means job security right there. That means I may just be working on a tour in the near future. Which would just be phenomenal.

It's been a fairly slow week... mostly just classes and work.

Yesterday, I came home from class to find my brother's van in the driveway, my mother's car not in the garage, and both of them home. I ask what is going on and my mother tells me she was in an accident. She is fine, mostly a bruised shoulder and ego, but the car is otherwise. I guess she pretty much totaled it. of a great run. Saturday evening is the last performance of the show I have been working on for the past 3 or 4 weeks now and oh boy what a run! All sorts of ups and downs, hurt feelings and hurt body parts. But all in all it was a great run. I truly clicked with all of the cast members, and it helped even more that they were all about the same age as I am. All 4 of them are fantastic and I truly had a blast working with them.
